THIS EVENT IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY PACIFIC BEACH TRAINING (JUNIOR LEOSO) AND KETTLEBELL MMA FITNESS (ANTHONY LAUDANI)

THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE FITNESS INDUSTRY TO GET BACK ON TRACK AFTER ONE YEAR OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC. WE DECIDED TO KEEP THIS FIRST EDITION OF MAUI FIT 2021 COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE! YES READ IT AGAIN! THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE. WETHER YOU'RE A FITNESS PROFESSIONAL, OR JUST LIKE PLAYING AROUND AT THE GYM.

JUNE 4

YOGA

FRANK & BEATE

7:00 AM

Starting with a short meditation we will go to a Vinyasa flow yoga, warming and opening-up the body. It will create space in the  body and loosen up the joints, while staying in a meditative state. Gradually during the flow the element of power yoga will kick in including strong arm and leg balancing poses and some yoga ab crunches.

Finishing off with Savanna, a relaxation while laying down while music is played on the Harmonium.

Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits. Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chain, anchors the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles. No matter your age or your fitness level, Foundation Training puts you on the path to wellness.

Coach Alex will be leading a fun workshop style session, where you learn the benefits of Landmine training. With this fun and explosive workout, you'll notice the benefits right away!

BREATH BETTER MOVE BETTER!

Junior will be teaching how the Breath Belt improves your diaphragm breath work, and some cool tricks to enhance your mobility and athleticism. The Breath Belt is widely used by many, and you'll see why everyone loves it.

Steel Mace Flow is first and foremost a  flow based movement practice. The intention of this practice is to improve a practitioner’s mobility, shore up weakness, prevent injury and create full body strength that starts from the inside out. Beyond the movement, Steel Mace Flow is a practice of creation, expression, and freedom. Steel Mace Flow takes you from feeling stuck in a workout rut, to having endless ways to move and workout. Empower yourself through movement, boost your mood and awareness by putting play back into your life, by way of Steel Mace Flow. This class is limited to only 11 spots! If you are using your own MACE you don't need to book! Join without booking.
